My personal process of abstract painting

My process starts with a feeling, and idea, a mood, and I prepare my canvas with Gesso Acrilico. In order to not have white canvas block, I always taint my Gesso with a smudge of colour and just feel the mood. Then it's the canvas that guides me through the abstract process. I feel the paint, smell the media as I work it, and go with the flow. My meditation state of being opens me up to the universe and I listen to intuition and suggestions as they come to me. My experience, my past life experiences, my current state of mind, or better still my inspirations. My loves, my true loves. They all inspire me.
